We Start With What You've Already Tried

Before we work together, you'll fill out a short form that gives me a head start on where you're at. In the session, we build on that together so we're not starting from scratch.

I Diagnose

We look at how your practice is actually coming across right now and how that compares to how you want to be perceived. I bring in what's worked for much bigger brands, scaled down to fit a practice your size: polish, clarity, a niche that's actually working for you — without losing what makes it yours.

We Build a Plan

Together, we turn all of that into a clear list of next steps, the immediate changes worth making now, and the longer-term direction to keep working toward. Nothing overwhelming, just what actually matters most, in the order it matters.

A rebrand, new offerings, a site that hasn't caught up — whatever it is, here's what to expect, and whether this is the right next step.

  • This is probably a fit if:

    • You're a therapist or clinician in private practice, or getting close

    • Your website or socials feel unclear, outdated, or just not quite you

    • You know something's off, but you can't name what

    • You're not sure if you need a full rebuild — just some clarity first

    If you're already sure you need a new site, website design might be the better place to start.

  • One 60-minute call, just the two of us. Before we talk, you'll fill out a short form — nothing extensive, just enough so I'm not coming in cold.

    In the session, we'll really look at how your practice is showing up right now: your website, your socials, the way you talk about what you do. We'll figure out together what's working, what's not, and why. You'll leave with an honest read and a clear sense of what to focus on next.

  • $150 for one 60-minute session together, that's it. No retainer, no package, nothing you're being funneled into. Just an hour of real, honest attention on your practice.

    Payment is due in full at booking to reserve your session. Need to reschedule? Just give me 24 hours' notice and we'll find a new time — no biggie. Missed sessions without notice aren't refundable.
